Leeds United want to bring a winger in before the transfer window closes and while they've been linked with moves for Dan James and Ryan Kent, a Mirror report suggests a less familiar name is the favourite to make the switch.

In its live transfer blog on Saturday night (22.47), the Mirror said that an agreement with FC Utrecht was close and that Leeds were hoping to announce Gyrano Kerk next week in a £10m deal.

Kerk is a blisteringly fast winger who can double as a striker and he's notched one goal and one assist every four full games through his career. [WyScout].

He's an exciting, progressive player who attempts close to 10 dribbles per 90 minutes, along with close to four touches in the penalty area.

Compare that to Jack Harrison (6.4 dribbles)and Helder Costa (6.77 dribbles) and you've got a player who could cause Premier League defences real problems if he can make the step up.

Some Leeds fans are excited, with one saying that Bielsa would be able to turn Kerk into an even bigger beast than he is in the Eredivisie.

Others are impressed with the stats with one joking that if he does sign he'd like him to be captain... Captain Kerk... That works for us.

Here are the best reactions from Leeds fans to the potential signing of a player who's been dubbed the Usain Bolt of Dutch football...
