Tottenham ready to sell Manor Solomon to Leeds amid Elland Road transfer twist
Tottenham winger Manor Solomon spent last season on loan at Leeds United, playing a key role in their Championship title win.
Solomon thrived under Daniel Farke’s stewardship, scoring 10 goals and providing 12 assists in 39 Championship games.
Leeds are reportedly keen on a reunion with the Israel international ahead of their first season back in the Premier League.

Solomon fancies Elland Road return
According to The Standard on 14 August, the 26-year-old fancies a return to Elland Road this summer.
Spurs are willing to sell Solomon if the right offer arrives in the coming weeks.
The Israeli is not part of new manager Thomas Frank’s plans and was not even part of the matchday squad in the UEFA Super Cup defeat against PSG on Wednesday night.
Spurs are open to loaning out Solomon and are not ruling out a permanent sale either.
However, his hopes of returning to Leeds have suffered a blow, given their interest in AC Milan forward Noah Okafor.

Leeds United should consider signing Solomon on loan again
Signing Solomon on loan again is a smart move for Leeds United, as his familiarity with Farke’s system and his attacking flair could significantly boost their chances of avoiding relegation in the 2025/26 Premier League season.
He had a stellar Championship season, showcasing his pace, dribbling and versatility as a winger.
Competition | Appearances | Goals | Assists |
Championship | 39 | 10 | 12 |
FA Cup | 2 | – | 1 |
Total | 41 | 10 | 13 |
His understanding of Farke’s high-pressing, possession-based 4-2-3-1 system ensures seamless integration, minimising adaptation time.
With Leeds facing a tough relegation battle, Solomon’s proven ability to create chances and score in tight matches adds crucial depth.
A loan deal mitigates financial risk while leveraging Solomon’s Premier League experience from Fulham and Tottenham, making him a key asset to secure survival.
It remains to be seen if the Whites prioritise his services over Okafor, and in case they do, they must open talks right away to secure his services.
Personal terms are unlikely to be an issue as he’ll know what he’s walking into and discussions with Spurs may prove to be more challenging.
