Tommaso Pobega now booked in for medical after Leeds transfer offer
Tommaso Pobega has been linked to Leeds United this transfer window.
The 26-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan to Bologna, where he helped the club win the Coppa Italia.
Now back at AC Milan, Daniel Farke has been linked with a move for the Italian international.
Leeds are desperate for reinforcements as they look to stay in the Premier League.
Now, Pobega has decided where his future lies ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Pobega rejects Leeds United to re-sign for Bologna
Leeds United have had trouble securing their transfer targets so far this summer.
Sunderland recently signed Habib Diarra, with the midfielder heavily linked to Elland Road.
Now it appears that the Peacocks will miss out on another target.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, page 20 (20 July), Pobega is now set to re-join Bologna after his successful loan spell.

Despite interest from Leeds, the 26-year-old was said to have “politely declined” the chance to play at Elland Road.
Pobega also rejected offers from several Serie A sides and will now have a medical at Bologna on Monday.
The transfer is said to be a loan with an obligation to buy. Bologna will pay a £870k loan fee, followed by an additional £6.07 million to make the transfer permanent.

Farke needs to quickly find new additions
So far this summer, Leeds have only brought in five new faces to Elland Road.
As it stands, this is unlikely to be enough to keep the Yorkshire club in the Premier League, with additional big-name players needed.
Farke has to ensure further signings are made as soon as possible to give Leeds the best chance of having a successful start to the new season.
Pobega would have been a fantastic buy, and now it is clear that the transfer is not happening, the manager has to move on to other targets.
A new striker and a midfielder are a must, and Farke will be hoping for further positive developments later over the coming weeks.
