Players spotted as Leeds United defender set for January loan exit
A handful of potential transfer targets were spotted at the training base of Hibernian last week, with Leeds United defender Kris Moore primed for a move to the Scottish outfit, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
The newspaper shared via their website on 2 January that Moore, who has been ever-present for Leeds’ Under-21 side in recent seasons, is the subject of loan interest from Hibs.
The Scottish club are set to be short on depth in defence, with injuries and international duty reducing their options, meaning Moore could step straight into senior action.

The move could happen sooner rather than later
With Hibs assessing their options ahead of a potential move to sign a new first-choice defender in the absence of some of their key players, and several players already spotted at their training ground, it seems like it will be a matter of when rather than if this happens.
It would be a strong move for the defender, into a competitive league with Hibs currently sixth in the table, where he will be asked to provide a strong and stable backbone to a team that will be missing some senior stars.
For Moore to be thrown straight into to-division senior football off of the back of his academy performances for Leeds shows just how impressive he has been, and how highly-rated he is within the game.

A loan move would allow for a potential return and perhaps one day a first-team chance at Elland Road, although the options in his position currently would be hard to break his way past.
This will be a strong opportunity for Moore to make a name for himself and build up his reputation, to move from academy to senior football and progress his game to the next level.
In other Leeds United news, the club must accelerate their move for a £5million+ player.
