Patrick Bamford transfer stance shared as Farke plan at Leeds United emerges
Patrick Bamford is unlikely to leave Leeds United in the January transfer window despite being linked with an exit, according to LeedsLive.
The outlet reported via their website on 24 December that no regular first-team players, including out-of-favour Bamford, are expected to depart Elland Road during the one-month window.
Likewise, the chances of the Whites strengthening their ranks for the second half of the season have also been played down, with Daniel Farke tipped to work with the options at his disposal.
Patrick Bamford a curious case at Leeds United as Wrexham links played down
Bamford has found playing time hard to come by at Elland Road this season, with his only start coming in the 3-0 EFL Cup defeat against Middlesbrough on 14 August.
The centre-forward has been restricted to just 102 minutes of playing time in the Championship as Farke continues to favour Joel Piroe and Mateo Joseph.
This is why the 31-year-old is being linked with a move away from the West Yorkshire club ahead of the transfer window.

That transfer is now off the table anyway, with Leeds United tipped to have a quiet window in January.

The Elland Road outfit have to decide on Bamford soon as he will only have a year remaining on his contract at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, it remains to be seen if he can force his way into Farke’s preferred starting XI between now and the end of the season.
