Marc Roca buys house in Spain ahead of Leeds United permanent exit in summer
Marc Roca has just bought a house in Spain ahead of his permanent exit from Leeds United in the summer, according to ElDesmarque.
The Spanish news outlet reported on its website on Wednesday (13 March) that the 27-year-old’s decision to buy the property with his family has reinforced the idea that he wants to remain at Real Betis, where he is currently on loan, beyond this season.
The Spanish midfielder previously told ElDesmarque on 23 January that he is “very happy” with the La Liga club and that he has given his opinion over his future to his agents, with Betis holding an option-to-buy clause worth £10.3million.
Marc Roca edging closer to permanent Leeds United exit
It’s becoming clearer by the day that Roca won’t be a Leeds player beyond this season as he appears to be adamant that he wants to remain with Betis.
This latest development has seen him commit himself to the Seville area for some time to come and suggests that his family are also happy with their current surroundings.
A permanent exit for the midfielder would certainly suit the Whites after he was part of the side that were relegated to the Championship last season, having signed for a reported £10million from Bayern Munich in 2022.

They will be delighted if they can receive all of that money back for him in the summer and, after he’s been in decent form for Betis this season, there is no reason why they won’t activate the clause.
It seems inevitable that his time in West Yorkshire will come to a permanent end before too long, with the Spaniard once again showing his desire to not represent the club again.
In other Leeds United news, a £20million permanent transfer has been mooted for one Whites loanee.
