Leeds United transfer news: Crysencio Summerville spotted in Rotterdam as Feyenoord manager holds talks over transfer
Crysencio Summerville has been seen in Rotterdam and has held talks with Arne Slot over a potential move from Leeds to Feyenoord this summer.
Summerville has played for the Dutch club before, joining Leeds in 2020 and has been linked with a return to his homeland following the Whites’ relegation to the Championship.
And according to a report from 1908 (12 June), Feyenoord boss Slot spoke to the winger for over an hour to discuss a potential transfer.

“Arne Slot hopes to see Feyenoord’s selection strengthened with the arrival of Crysensio Summerville,” they wrote.
“The coach recently called the winger for more than an hour, who has a past at Feyenoord.
“Summerville, spotted earlier this week during his holiday in his hometown of Rotterdam, did not say a direct ‘no’ to his former club.”
Coming
It has to be expected for Leeds fans and the club that our best players are going to be targeted for other clubs this summer and there isn’t much we can do about it.
Summerville is definitely in that calibre, and at just 21-years-old there is a huge upturn to signing him for whoever ends up picking him up.

Leeds showed great faith in him last year by handing him the number ten shirt when Raphinha left and he played regularly, which has seen him turn up on the radar of the Dutch national team.
The 2023/24 season is going to be the build up to a European Championships and Summerville will know that he has a chance of getting into the squad if he performs well in a top league.
Ultimately we have to be sure that we get the best price we can for him if he is going to leave, but nobody can blame him for wanting to push on in his career and return home to a team who just won their league.
