Leeds United to bank £1.6m as transfer clause reveal emerges in advanced sale
Leeds United will be keen to bring in funds to help prepare for a Premier League assault.
There will be no easy games for the Whites after earning promotion, with the campaign beginning with a clash against Everton at Elland Road.
This is followed by a trip to face Arsenal, before Newcastle United travel to Yorkshire, in a difficult start to life back in the top tier for Daniel Farke.
As a result, transfer business in the transfer window has to be spot on, with that set to be helped by an incoming £1.6million fee.

Leeds United set for £1.6m transfer boost
There has been no shortage of rumours coming out of the LS11 club already, as potential signings have been linked with a switch.
This has already been seen after Lukas Nmecha signed from Wolfsburg on a free transfer, and that trend only looks set to continue as the window goes on.
With that being said, at some stage the cheque book is going to be out for the Whites and funds will also need to come in to help fund moves.
Paraag Marathe and Co. may have been handed a welcome boost to their budget after transfer links away from the Yorkshire club.
This has seen Graham Smyth report via the Yorkshire Evening Post (18 June) that Leeds will earn 15 per cent of any profit made by Toulouse for the sale of Charlie Cresswell.
The 22-year-old is now of interest to Serie A side Como, with a £14.5million deal potentially in the pipeline in the summer.
If this deal were to go through in Italy, the England under-21 international could net the Whites a fee in the region of £1.6m from his sell-on clause.

Cresswell to net Leeds United fee after transfer
There was an element of surprise when the 22-year-old was sold on last summer after a positive loan spell away from LS11 with Millwall.
The Englishman could have represented positive depth for Pascal Struijk, Joe Rodon and Ethan Ampadu, but wasn’t given that chance.
As a result, the next best thing for the Whites is to receive some sort of additional fee for Cresswell, and they could be set to net that from Como.
It will be interesting to see if that deal goes through, and whether that then allows the signing of someone like Jaka Bijol at Leeds this summer.
