Leeds United are one of the several teams interested in a transfer for Motherwell midfielder Lennon Miller, according to TBR Football.

The news outlet reported on 28 November that the Whites are among the 18-year-old's potential suitors who've watched him play for the Steelmen this season.

Aside from the Peacocks, Premier League sides like Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United also have their eyes on the Scotsman.

The report adds that Miller could be on his way out of Motherwell in 2025 if the right price is offered - believed to be in excess of £5million - but a summer departure is more likely than January.

Lennon Miller one for the future at Leeds United

Miller is seen as one of the most significant prospects in the Scottish Premiership right now, and it would be a massive coup if Leeds were to pull off the 18-year-old's transfer to Elland Road.

While the West Yorkshire club might not have the allure that the Emirates Stadium or Old Trafford carry, the Whites have immense history behind them.

What the Peacocks can also offer the Scottish national is a better chance of getting regular minutes in the first team, which would surely be unlikely at Arsenal or Manchester United.

Daniel Farke has Leeds at the top of the Championship table, and the Elland Road faithful are rightly confident that the German manager will take them back into the English top flight.

The Whites have been without Ethan Ampadu and Ilia Gruev for a big chunk of the campaign, but Joe Rothwell and Ao Tanaka have filled their void without any issues.

Injuries have been a big cause for concern for Farke, especially in the engine room, forcing them to sign Josuha Guilavogui as a free agent recently.

It would make sense for the German manager to add someone like Miller into his squad next year - perhaps as early as January - and develop him into a future first-team superstar.
