Leeds United return for Valentin Castellanos, £21.8m offer could be enough

Leeds United have suddenly reignited their interest in Lazio striker Valentin Castellanos ahead of the winter transfer window.

The Argentine international has re-emerged as a target for the Whites, with his situation at the Stadio Olimpico uncertain.

Castellanos has been a long-term target at Elland Road, and it looks like the West Yorkshire outfit are ready to take advantage of his situation.

Daniel Farke has been blessed with Dominic Calvert-Lewin, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt the Peacocks to have more depth in the number nine position.
