Leeds United PSR update drops as £70m transfer budget verdict emerges
Leeds United have certainly celebrated their promotion to the Premier League as champions.
Now, it is time for attention to turn to the summer transfer window and preparing for next season in the hope of survival in the top flight.
Daniel Farke will be under no illusions about the difficulty of the job that lies ahead of him, but will be hoping he is the man for success at the helm at Elland Road.

Simon Jordan reveals Leeds spending ability
The 49ers backed Farke financially over the past two years, which has paid off as the Whites have made their way back into the top-flight.
However, Leeds won’t have the same financial status in the Premier League and will therefore need to be mindful about their summer transfer window.
The boss does need to make additions to his side, though, with quality needed to boost the chances of survival in the backdrop of PSR restrictions.

Mooting what the summer could hold for the West Yorkshire outfit live on talkSPORT (6 May), Simon Jordan put a figure on what he would expect Leeds to be working with this term.
He said: “So, if you’ve got £93million with the losses, call that £80m after allowable adjustments, and you’ve got a year when you might break even or get a little bit, they haven’t got a huge wiggle room.
“But they might just have enough to spend 50, 60, £70million with amortisation and carry it forward.”
Leeds have a big challenge ahead
Just reaching the Premier League is not enough for Leeds; retaining a position in the top flight is what Farke’s men are keen to achieve.
With some players set for departures from Elland Road and the nature of stepping up a league, the boss will need to bring fresh faces to West Yorkshire, too.
However, the 49ers cannot afford to get into hot water with PSR restrictions, especially when you consider how that has harmed other sides at the top before.
If an approximation of about £70m is what the Whites have to play with this summer, then it certainly means that Farke will have to be shrewd in his business and also open to releasing those who are not good enough for the level.
The new plans for the development of Elland Road do show that the owners know what needs to be done, but that is certainly not a quick fix to PSR issues.
Marathe has already confirmed that he will spend every last penny he can on the squad, so it promises to be an exciting summer ahead.
