Leeds United open talks to sign Marc Roca in £10m transfer from Bayern Munich
Leeds United have opened talks to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Marc Roca in a deal worth £10million, according to the Daily Mail.
The newspaper reported on their website on Thursday night (9 June) that Roca, 25, will be allowed to leave the Allianz Arena after failing to make an impact in two years in Germany.
It is understood that Victor Orta believes the former Espanyol holding midfielder is well-suited to Premier League football.

West Ham are said to be keen on Roca too but David Moyes will reportedly pursue other options.
Moving fast
Leeds have waited no time in adding to their squad this summer.
The summer transfer window has only just officially opened on Friday (10 June) yet Jesse Marsch and director of football Orta have already officially welcomed Brenden Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen to Leeds from Red Bull Salzburg for a combined fee of around £35million.
And now it looks as though Orta is using his Spanish connections to sign Roca.
In October 2020, Roca swapped Espanyol for Bayern Munich.

However, in two seasons in Germany, the ex-Spain Under-21 international has managed to play just 24 times in the senior team at the Allianz.
The holding midfielder started just four times in the 2021/22 Bundesliga, which was of course won by Bayern, and he also played four times in the Champions League.
One of those European appearances came against Red Bull Salzburg when Bayern beat the Austrians 7-1 in Munich. Aaronson and Kristensen both played in that game too.
Did Orta have a scout at the Allianz Arena on that night in March?
We wouldn’t bet against it because to try and sign three of the 31 players who played that night speaks volumes.
