Leeds United: Jack Harrison could undergo Everton medical within hours – Sky Sports

Jack Harrison is set to undergo a medical at Everton ahead of a move away from Leeds United, according to Alan Myers.

The Sky Sports journalist tweeted on 13 August that the Toffees are in “advanced discussions” with the Whites over a loan move for the midfielder.

Myers said the 26-year-old will not be available to play for a while due to an ongoing hip injury, but that he is due to undertake his medical on Sunday (13 August) ahead of a move to Goodison Park.

Not another loan

It will be incredibly frustrating for Leeds fans to hear that yet another one of their stars is set to head out of Elland Road on loan this summer.

There have already been a number of high-profile exits from the club during the transfer window, with the Whites so far failing to recoup much of the cash they spent on several of those players.

The Sunday Times reported on 13 August that a loan deal with an option to buy has been discussed between the two sides, potentially leading to a sale down the line if he performs well on Merseyside.

Leeds United

Harrison earned some valuable Premier League experience over the past few years with Leeds, having made 107 appearances in the top flight before being relegated last season.

He scored six goals and produced 10 assists in 40 games in the Whites’ disappointing campaign last year, so it will be a big blow for them to lose him as Daniel Farke looks to help them challenge for promotion.
