Leeds United get green light for belated Harry Wilson transfer after Fulham update
Leeds United may have just been given the perfect chance to finally bring in Harry Wilson from Fulham.
Leeds missed out on Wilson on deadline day last summer and the Wales international has gone on to have a superb season for Fulham.
It was reported this week that Leeds are still eager to sign Wilson, however, with manager Daniel Farke wanting more attacking options.
And there may well be no time like the present for the Whites to make their move amid a couple of updates from Craven Cottage on Wednesday.

Harry Wilson will not be signing new Fulham contract
The Whites are not alone in showing an interest in Wilson, who has eight goals and four assists in 22 Premier League games this season.
Leeds have already signed Facundo Buonanotte on loan from Brighton this month, but Farke will be looking more to the longer term.
And it was reported on Wednesday that Wilson does not intend to sign a new deal with Fulham, meaning he will become a free agent in the summer.
In a further update from Craven Cottage, Oscar Bobb is set to join Fulham on a permanent deal from Manchester City.

Bobb plays in that same right-wing position as Wilson, which is pretty telling.
Why Leeds have to splash out right now on Wilson
Those two updates certainly provide hope that Leeds could belatedly bring in Wilson. However, as already mentioned, there are other Premier League clubs circling.
That is why Leeds simply need to put their money where their mouth is this month and splash out on Wilson, rather than waiting.
While it is true the 28-year-old is a free agent in five months’ time, Leeds risk being beaten to his signature should a top-six club make an approach.
Quite whether Wilson would see joining Leeds as a step up is another guess, certainly in terms of current Premier League standing, but he could certainly land himself a hefty wage increase.
What works in Leeds’ favour is also the large number of Wales players in the Leeds squad, with the likes of Ethan Ampadu and Joe Rodon no doubt able to put in a good word.
And for all the talk of Jorgen Strand Larsen potentially joining Leeds, supporters would surely get far more excited if a deal can be struck to sign Wilson for a fraction of the price.
