Leeds transfer round-up: Mohamed Amoura announcement as £25m forward talks held
Daniel Farke now has less than 24 hours to add to the Leeds United squad before the winter transfer window closes at 7pm on Monday.

After a poor start to life at Elland Road and being dropped to the bench by Farke, Lucas Perri's future as a Leeds player has come into question.
However, reports in Turkey now suggest that Leeds rejected the offer "without hesitation".
The 28-year-old joined Leeds on a four-year deal in the summer, after the Yorkshire giants agreed to pay £15.6million to Lyon.
However, he now finds himself on the bench, despite stats by Sofascore showing that Darlow has conceded five more goals than expected in eight league games this term, compared to Perri conceding just two more than he should have.
Illan Meslier is now the third-choice goalkeeper at Elland Road despite being such a vital member of the squad under Marcelo Bielsa's leadership.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, he's expected to stay put.
Leeds in talks to re-sign Jaidon Anthony
One way for Leeds to try and stay up this season is to weaken their relegation rivals, with talks reportedly underway to bring Burnley winger Jaidon Anthony back to West Yorkshire.
Sportsboom claims that Burnley want £25m for Anthony, with Leeds, Everton and Fulham keen on signing him.
The 26-year-old spent the 2023-24 season on loan at Leeds when he was on the books at Bournemouth.

Mohamed Amoura left out of Wolfsburg squad amid Leeds interest
Now, this is an exciting one for Leeds fans.
On the same night that he was linked with a move to Elland Road, Mohamed Amoura was axed from the Wolfsburg squad that lost to Koln on Friday.
Wolfsburg's announcement didn't delve into too much detail, but they did confirm that Amoura's absence was due to disciplinary issues.
France Football journalist Nabil Djellit reported the same day that Leeds are keen on signing Algeria striker Amoura from the Bundesliga club.
Djellit did admit that it would take a "dramatic" change in circumstances for the Whites to sign the 25-year-old, who has scored seven goals and supplied two assists in 17 Bundesliga games this season, while averaging a 6.86 Sofascore rating across all competitions.
