The news outlet reports on 13 December that the Blues are exploring various options for the England international’s future, with a mutual termination at Stamford Bridge on the cards if no suitable deal emerges.

It’s been claimed that the veteran forward, who has played 82 times for the Three Lions, is seen as a marquee signing at Elland Road.

Sterling can undoubtedly add much-needed Premier League experience to the West Yorkshire outfit’s squad, with his pace and creativity standing out.

While Leeds may have to blow their wage bill to get Sterling, it will be worth it if he can help them avoid relegation.
