Leeds set to announce exits, three midfielders could be on chopping block
Leeds United are facing a huge squad rebuild as they prepare for life in the Premier League.
Daniel Farke faces a tough task trying to secure survival in the Premier League with the gap between established top-flight clubs and the newly-promoted ones at an all-time high.
The 49ers are expected to back the German in the transfer market, but several players could be set for an Elland Road exit in the summer.

Leeds exit expected for three midfielders
The likes of Darko Gyabi, Charlie Crew and Sam Greenwood got vital minutes under their belts away from Leeds on loan this season.
However, all three could depart the Yorkshire club in the summer, with the Whites about to release their retained list, according to a report from The Athletic (15 May).
It states that none of the trio will feel good about their chances of breaking into Farke’s team, especially with the fact that they will be at the elite level.
Joe Gelhardt is another player expected to move on from Leeds.

Leeds need to get it right with summer business
Allowing the three young talents to leave is probably the right decision at the moment, as it would be a huge risk to throw them into the deep end in the Premier League.
The Whites must get their business spot on in the summer and bring in experienced top-flight players, such as Liverpool left-back Kostas Tsimikas, who they have been linked with in recent days.

If they fail to bring in sufficient quality in the market, then they will likely head straight back down to the Championship just like Southampton, Leicester and Ipswich this season.
Leeds are arguably better placed to stay up than those sides, with top-level experience already in the squad in the likes of Ethan Ampadu and Joe Rodon, but they need to add more players of that ilk if they are to have any shot of staying in the Premier League.
There is the chance that those three youngsters leave and become superstars elsewhere, but that might be a gamble that the Peacocks have to take; they cannot guarantee them regular football, so it makes sense to allow them to depart.
