Leeds have made no approach for Raul De Tomas
With the January window only a couple of months away already, players everywhere are once again being linked with Leeds United.
The Spanish media have claimed again that the Whites are pursuing a January deal for Espanyol attacker Raul De Tomas.
Leeds have been consistently linked with the attacker, but LUFC FANZONE have appeared to shut this one down quickly.

Writing on their official Twitter account, the fan-run page have suggested to have been in contact with a source close to the player.
“Spanish reports earlier this week claimed Leeds were interested in signing Espanyol striker Raul de Tomas.
“Someone close to Raul has told LUFCFANZONE: ‘The truth is that we don’t know anything about Leeds’ interest in the player.’
“No approach has been made.”
Wrong player?
It looks as though Leeds are plotting a move for an attacker from Espanyol, but De Tomas certainly isn’t that name.
La Grada have reported that the Whites are closing in on academy “pearl” Mateo Joseph, and will only need to pay £850,000 with an agreement already sealed with the player.
As for De Tomas, he is a senior star in this side and even scored against Real Madrid last week, we don’t think he would just be allowed to walk away in the upcoming window.
Marcelo Bielsa and the Whites rarely make moves in January for their first team either, with two recent examples of Kiko Casilla and Jean-Kevin Augustin the main reasons.
De Tomas may move on in the near future, but we highly doubt Elland Road will be his destination, with no approach on the table as suggested.
