Speculation on a potential move to Yorkshire only increased when he was left out of the German side’s squad for their 1-0 loss to Koln on 30 January.
However, a report from Leeds Live on 2 February claimed that the Algerian forward is not on the Whites’ agenda.
Jorgen Strand Larsen completes medical elsewhere
Wolves star Jorgen Strand Larsen was heavily linked with Leeds earlier in the window, but he will not be heading to LS11.
Crystal Palace have agreed a deal to sign the Norwegian striker, after the Whites did not want to stump up the money.
