Karl Darlow’s Leeds contract set to expire: Update on talks, what he earns and more
Karl Darlow is heading towards the end of his contract at Leeds United.
The Wales international has been a regular at Elland Road in recent weeks as Daniel Farke has installed him as number one.
Lucas Perri has fallen to the bench, with the 35-year-old taking his opportunity with both hands to feature in the Premier League.
He may have only kept one clean sheet in the league, but he has played a key role in the positive results in LS11 over the past few months.
Darlow now has just months remaining on his contract in Yorkshire, as MOT Leeds News rounds up everything to know about his current contract.

What is Karl Darlow’s current contract situation at Leeds United?
It is no secret that the Welshman is out of contract at the end of the season after signing for Leeds from Newcastle United back in 2023.
The shot stopper put pen to paper on a three-year deal that summer after the two sides agreed a deal in the region of £400,000.
That has proven to be a bargain for the Whites with the keeper becoming number one at different times in both the Premier League and Championship.
Across both divisions, Darlow has earned a reported weekly wage of £30,000 and a yearly salary of around £1.5million.
That deal is set to expire after 30 June, when the curtain falls on the season, with Leeds hopeful of avoiding relegation.
When could Darlow leave Leeds?
At 35, there is no guarantee that Farke and Co. will offer the keeper a new contract, even after his involvement this campaign.
If Leeds opt against fresh terms for Darlow, the 30 June will represent his final day as a player at Elland Road, while his final game could be against West Ham.

On the flip side, a new short-term deal could make total sense for all parties if the keeper wants to continue his playing career.
Reduced terms could be offered to the ex-Nottingham Forest man, which could see his departure be delayed by another year, potentially.
