Jayden Oosterwolde price tag emerges after Leeds United transfer news
Leeds United face increasing competition to sign Fenerbahce centre-back Jayden Oosterwolde in the winter transfer window.
The Whites are joined by Crystal Palace, West Ham United and Nottingham Forest in the Premier League to express interest in the 24-year-old defender.
Oosterwolde has emerged as a target at Elland Road, with the Dutch national seen as the missing piece of the puzzle at the West Yorkshire outfit.
Daniel Farke could lose Sebastiaan Bornauw in January, but a replacement will arguably need to be found before letting the Belgium international leave.

Fenerbahce increase fee for Leeds United target Jayden Oosterwolde
Fenerbahce are now looking to get around £21.7million from Oosterwolde’s sale, according to A SPOR.
The news outlet reports on 21 January that with the increase in demand for the centre-back, the Super Lig club have upped their previous price tag of £17.4m.
It’s been claimed that any offer below the new valuation won’t be accepted by the Istanbul outfit, and it now remains to be seen whether the Elland Road hierarchy will be willing to match it.
Jaka Bijol’s injury is a massive blow to Farke, with the former Udinese defender playing a key role in the German manager’s new system at the West Yorkshire outfit.
Oosterwolde is a left-footed centre-back who will surely perfectly fit into the Whites’ plans if they’re looking to bolster their backline before the 2 February deadline.
Elland Road transfer news surely not true
Farke is hoping to sign a few more players after Facundo Buananotte’s arrival as Leeds look to secure their place in the Premier League.
The Whites are looking to sign a new centre-forward, but that may not be necessary considering Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha’s impressive forms.

While a few incomings are expected, the German manager arguably won’t want to lose any depth, especially from his backline.
Bornauw hasn’t been the first name on the teamsheet under Farke, but talks of the defender’s exit are surely exaggerated.
