Now, the Slovenian international follows San Francisco 49ers on his Instagram page (19 June) ahead of the proposed move.
On top of this, it has been reported by Sky Sports News (19 June) that the centre-back has now completed his medical with Leeds.
Now, the final details of the transfer are being worked out before it becomes official.
Bijol will be under immense pressure at Elland Road
Unlike many of the other transfers that Leeds will complete this window, Bijol arguably has the toughest task.
The defender will be asked to ensure that the Peacocks’ backline remains secure throughout the season.
This will be a difficult considering that Leeds are one of the favourites to get relegated this season.
Therefore, the pressure will immediately be on the Slovenian international to ensure that the Yorkshire club stays in the top-flight.
However, given his previous experiences throughout his career, there is nothing to suggest that he cannot pull this off.
