Jack Harrison offered new escape route as he makes Leeds United history again
Jack Harrison could be on his way out of Leeds United in January.
The Englishman started as Leeds secured victory over Derby County in the FA Cup on Sunday, but failed to make a positive impression.
Harrison struggled for Leeds at Pride Park, summed up by his missing out on a wholesome fan reaction post-match because he was wearing headphones.
That all came as no surprise after Harrison was already linked to a Leeds exit this winter after a difficult campaign so far.
Fresh interest has now emerged in Harrison that could give him a new opportunity to find his feet away from Elland Road.

Serie A interest emerges for Jack Harrison
Harrison looks likely to leave Leeds in January after a difficult spell this season, during which his minutes have decreased.
The winger has fallen victim to Daniel Farke’s new tactical approach, which has seen the use of wingers decline in the Premier League.
The Whites now utilise a front two and wing-backs in attacking areas, leaving the likes of Harrison and Willy Gnonto struggling.
That looks to have opened the door for the wideman to exit LS11 in the coming days or weeks, with Fiorentina the latest to show interest in his signature.
Gianluca Dimarzio has reported interest from I Viola, who could make the Leeds man their third signing of the winter already.
Harrison could follow Manor Solomon through the doors in Florence, as his versatility to play on both wings is seen as a desirable quality.
Harrison made Leeds history vs Derby County
There have been few positives for Leeds fans to speak of about the ex-Manchester City man this campaign.
His role as a bit-part player hasn’t stopped disappointment from building around the wide midfielder after a lack of goals and assists.
That was only made worse against Derby when he matched his own record from earlier in the season to be the only Leeds man to fail with over 10 crosses in a match against Derby.
The Englishman completed just two of his 12 attempts, closely mirroring his record against Sheffield Wednesday from August, where he failed with 14 efforts.
That could prove to be the final straw for Harrison, especially with interest emerging from Italy at this mid-way point of the transfer window.
