Jack Harrison loan-to-buy exit on the cards at Leeds United with medical now due
Jack Harrison has emerged as a target for Everton who are in advanced negotiations for a loan-to-buy deal for the Leeds United winger, according to The Sunday Times.
The newspaper reported online (13 August) that the Toffees are close to finalising a deal for the 26-year-old who is in line to undergo a medical.
Harrison is currently out with a hip injury and is not expected to be fit for a number of weeks, but Everton see the Leeds attacker as a long-term option.

Shame
While Leeds expected Harrison would not feature in the opening few weeks of the new season, losing a star player will be a big blow for Daniel Farke’s side.
Everton have again emerged as a candidate for Leeds players following their interest in wantaway star Willy Gnonto, but have had two bids rejected for the Italian.
Now, Harrison looks set to depart with yet more bad news for Leeds. Their Championship campaign has not got off to a good start after earning a late point against Cardiff City and suffering a defeat in a poor performance in a 1-0 loss to Birmingham City on Saturday (12 August).

With six goals across all competitions last season, Harrison was a rare standout in a poor campaign at Elland Road and Farke would have been eager to see the former Manchester City man return to the squad and help with their lack of goals.
The Yorkshire Evening Post reported (14 July) that the 49ers ownership group were keen to keep Harrison at the club, while his injury was seen by fans as a key reason why prospective clubs may avoid him this summer.
That being said, Leeds looks to take a Toffees player with Alan Nixon claiming (13 August) that the Whites are interested in young Toffees forward Tom Cannon.
However, as Everton look to secure a deal for the winger, Leeds fans may have to say goodbye to one of their recent Premier League heroes.
In other Leeds United news, two potential suitors for Luis Sinisterra have been revealed amid his growing transfer speculation.
