Illan Meslier sends two-word message as new transfer officially confirmed
Leeds United are expected to make an addition in the goalkeeping department ahead of the Premier League season.
Illan Meslier is the Peacocks’ number one, but he endured some torrid moments between the sticks last term.
Leeds have been mooted with interest in Luas Perri as they eye a sturdy option between the sticks for Daniel Farke.
Meslier has been linked with the Elland Road exit as his time with the Yorkshire club could be about to end.

Illan Meslier reacts amid Leeds United exit talk
Meslier came into the spotlight against Sunderland for all the wrong reasons last season, as he handed the Black Cats an unlikely point.
Luckily for the Frenchman, that mistake, along with his others, did not stop Leeds from lifting the Championship title.
Last term, Meslier made 39 league appearances, keeping 21 clean sheets, but made three errors leading to goals.

Now, the 25-year-old has reacted as Julien Ponceau has sealed a move from FC Lorient to Real Valladolid.
The attacking midfielder made over 100 appearances for the French outfit, where he spent time alongside Meslier.
Meslier took to Instagram (19 July) to deliver a two-word message to his former teammate, clearly pleased for his compatriot.
He said: “Congratulations, brother,” followed by heart-eye and applause emojis.

Leeds must press on with goalkeeper signing
While the Whites have already made several substantial additions already this summer, a new goalkeeper must be at the top of the agenda.
The position is a problem area for the Yorkshire side, and they simply cannot start the Premier League season without a new number one.
It seems there is some interest in Meslier, which is encouraging, but Leeds will want a replacement through the door before he leaves.
The Peacocks seem to have missed out on Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, but Perri looks to be more attainable.
Perri started 33 league matches last season, although his ability with his feet has been questioned in France.
Whoever it is that Leeds want, they must act with haste to bring him through the door.
