'I feel physically sick', 'Embarrassing' - Many Leeds fans rage as Phil Hay relays transfer news
Leeds United fans are furious after it was reported that the club has failed to sign Michael Cuisance from Bayern Munich.
The Athletic journalist Phil Hay has relayed an update from Sky in Germany that says that the deal has broken down as Leeds and Bayern cannot agree a fee with each other.
Hay described the unexpected twist as “strange” while Sky Sports Italy journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Cuisance has already had a medical with the Whites.
Sky in Germany reporting that Cuisance move has fallen through. Waiting for news at this end. Very strange. Rummenigge was saying his goodbyes to Cuisance on Instagram yesterday. https://t.co/or2n7SOoGR

We are pretty much witnessing a repeat of the Daniel James episode in January 2019 when the winger arrived at Leeds to finalise his move only for Swansea to pull the plug at the last minute.
Cuisance has had the same thing happen to him by the sounds of it but it is yet to be reported which club actually decided that the transfer isn’t going ahead.
By the sounds of it, at this stage, it could’ve been a mutual disagreement between Leeds and Bayern but Leeds supporters aren’t happy at all on Twitter, with one calling it “embarrassing”.
Here is a selection of their tweets:
I feel physically sick to be honest with you. I’m rapidly falling out of love with football

It’s typical, isn’t it?
Leeds won promotion to the Premier League as Championship champions, break their transfer record on Spain forward Rodrigo, sign Spain and Germany internationals Diego Llorente and Robin Koch, play amazing football in a seven-goal thriller to Liverpool (despite losing), win two Premier League matches and still, stuff like this happens.
Leeds will always be Leeds, and creating headlines is something that the Yorkshire giants seem to do better than any other club in England.
Even in our moment in the sun, something just has to happen like this.
In other Leeds United news, the BBC have received complaints about this former Elland Road star.
