Fulham hero gives glowing Harry Wilson reference Daniel Farke and Leeds will love
Former Wales assistant manager Kit Symons has told Daniel Farke exactly the kind of person he’d be signing in Harry Wilson.
Farke is known to be a big admirer of Wilson, whose contract with Fulham is set to expire at the end of the season.
Wilson is understood to have no interest in signing a new deal at Craven Cottage, and is now set to be one of the hottest names on the free agent market in the summer.
Leeds are known to be among a host of Premier League sides such as Aston Villa, Everton, Crystal Palace and Brentford to be interested in securing the Wales international’s signature.

Kit Symons tells of ‘manager’s dream’ Harry Wilson that Leeds will love
Farke‘s focus at the moment will be split between further transfer business to be done before Monday’s 7pm deadline, and indeed, his team’s Premier League survival bid.
Leeds currently sit six points above 18th-placed West Ham, and are preparing for their biggest game of the season this coming Friday, when they welcome Nottingham Forest to Elland Road in a relegation six-pointer.
So, with Wilson set to be on the transfer agenda for the summer, Farke will continue to watch the Fulham star for the remainder of the season, as well as getting his and Leeds’ sales pitch ready.
The importance of ensuring a potential signing would come in and fit the culture you’re trying to create is essential, and Farke has just received a reference on Wilson that will fill him with confidence in that regard.

Speaking in an interview via The Sun, former Fulham defender Symons – who was on the Welsh coaching team when Wilson became Wales’ youngest ever debutant at 16 in 2013 – has given a glowing review of his time working with him.
“He’s (Wilson) a good lad, very low maintenance, a manager’s dream and someone who loves football and you can’t say that about all footballers,” said Symons.
Wilson is Leeds’ chance to get much-needed shake up out wide
Whilst Dan James and Wilfried Gnonto have been good servants to Leeds, it does feel as though the Whites will need to update their wardrobe out wide moving forward.
James, whilst proving to be a top Championship player, has never really produced the goods at Premier League level, whilst the same can also be said for Gnonto.
So, if Leeds are indeed to stay in the top flight this season, then Leeds will need to sharpen their cutting edge in wide areas, and Wilson’s situation would be the perfect excuse to do so.
Available on a free and a proven Premier League performer, the Welshman could revitalise Leeds’ wide attack, and potentially install a talismanic figure into Farke’s side for years to come.
