Fulham bid now ready after Leeds multi-million move to sign Rodrigo Muniz
Leeds United are looking to upgrade their attacker this summer, with Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz touted as a potential signing.
With Premier League survival the goal, Daniel Farke is aware that he will have to upgrade his attack this summer.
As a result, Leeds bid £32 million for Muniz, which was rejected by Fulham.
However, Farke may have now received a boost in his pursuit of the Brazilian attacker.

Fulham to bid for Romulo Cardoso
It was reported on Saturday that Fulham were looking to sign Romulo Cardoso from Goztepe in Turkey.
However, this saga has now developed over the past 24 hours, which could benefit Leeds.
According to the Sunday People, page 60 (29 June), Fulham are set to lodge a new bid for the striker.
The Cottagers’ opening offer was rejected, and they are now preparing for a £17m bid plus add-ons, with RB Leipzig also in the race.
While this news could no doubt be a boost for Leeds United in their hunt to sign Muniz, the report goes on to state that Fulham still desire to keep the Brazilian despite Farke’s interest.

Hard to see Fulham selling Muniz to Leeds
Unless a massive bid comes in for Muniz, it is hard to see Fulham sanctioning Muniz’s sale to Leeds.
The Brazilian has proven his worth at Craven Cottage multiple times and has 26 goals at the London club in just under 100 appearances.
Last season, he hit double digits once again, as he continues to impress at Fulham.

Appearances | 97 |
Goals | 26 |
Assists | 3 |
Therefore, it is hard to see Marco Silva allowing Muniz to leave for a Premier League rival.
The striker could easily come back to haunt Fulham, especially as Leeds’ main attacker at Elland Road this season.
As a result, Farke may have to move on to other targets if he is to sign a striker this summer.
