Dominic Calvert-Lewin sends message as Leeds pre-agree permanent exit
Leeds’ transfer activity has started to ramp up as the 2 February deadline draws closer.
Having failed to welcome any new faces to Elland Road during the first two weeks of the January window, frustrations were growing at Leeds’ lack of transfer movement.
But, that frustration was ended when Leeds confirmed the signing of Facundo Buonanotte, with the attacking midfielder joining on loan from Brighton.
Leeds are still looking to add one or two more players before the window shuts, with the suggestions being that Daniel Farke would still like to further improve his forward line.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin among Jack Harrison well-wishers
It can’t all be incomings though, and Leeds are expected to move on from a number of fringe players before the window closes.
Jack Harrison is one of those players, with the winger not really fitting into Farke’s system now that he’s shifted towards a back three approach.
In truth, the 29-year-old didn’t seem to be in Farke or Leeds’ long-term plans regardless of that tactical tweak, and was always expected to be allowed to leave West Yorkshire this month as such.

So, when Harrison’s loan move to Fiorentina was confirmed on Monday, it came as no surprise to anyone connected with Leeds, as he has been touted with a move to the Serie A strugglers over the last week or so.
Fiorentina have also agreed a purchase option as part of the loan deal, which is reportedly set at £6million.
Announcing the move via an Instagram post, Fiorentina pictured Harrison in numerous photos sporting his new colours, and also revealed that he’d be wearing the number 17 shirt for them.
In response to this post, Dominic Calvert-Lewin responded in emoji form with delighted star eyes, evidently showing that he’s over the moon for Harrison.
Meanwhile, a host of other Leeds players liked the post, such as Anton Stach, Lukas Nmecha, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Noah Okafor and Illan Meslier.
Former Whites players Liam Cooper and Diogo Meonteiro also liked the post, as did former board member Massimo Marinelli.
There were also a few of his former Everton teammates celebrating his move too, with Harrison Armstrong, Dwight McNeil, Joao Virginia and Orel Mangala all liking the post too.
When Leeds fans can see Harrison make Fiorentina debut
Having failed to sign in time for Fiorentina’s 2-1 win over Bologna on Sunday, Harrison will have a full week to acclimatise and get to know his new teammates before their next match.
Fiorentina welcome Cagliari to the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Saturday in a 5 pm kick-off, in what is a crucial encounter towards the bottom of Serie A.
Harrison’s new side are currently sitting 17th in the Italian top flight, whilst Cagliari are in 15th, five points above Fiorentina.
