The Whites are expected to make an official announcement soon. This move will bring a £2.5million fee to Elland Road, providing a financial boost for the club.

Llorente travelled to Seville on Monday (July 8) before undergoing his medical.
Diego Llorente’s transfer is a good thing for Leeds United
Llorente’s move to Real Betis is a positive thing for Leeds. While Llorente showed promise, his time at Elland Road was marked by injuries and struggles.
With his transfer bringing in £2.5million, Leeds can now invest in strengthening their squad for the Championship season.
This sale also opens up opportunities for younger players to step up and make their mark. By reducing the wage bill, the Whites can be more flexible in the transfer market, potentially finding new talents who fit better with the team’s needs.
Furthermore, the move is a fresh start for both Llorente and Leeds. For Llorente, it’s a chance to revive his career in Spain. For Leeds, it’s an opportunity to rebuild and focus on getting back to the Premier League.
Overall, this transfer is a win-win for everyone involved.
