Daniel Farke’s former club ready to sell forward Leeds now want to sign up
Leeds United will head into the Premier League next season with faith in manager Daniel Farke, and he will want to strengthen his squad.
Farke guided Leeds to promotion at the second time of asking, but there were rumours that he could be replaced before their Premier League return.
However, Leeds have decided to stick with their manager, and they are set to back him in the transfer market.
Farke could look to bring in his own desired signings alongside players scouted by the club, and one transfer target now appears to be readily available.

Farke could sign Franck Honorat from Gladbach
Farke joined Leeds after a spell at Borussia Mönchengladbach in Germany, and he could now target winger Franck Honorat.
Honorat has had a mixed campaign with Gladbach, as he has been outstanding when fit, but has also struggled with injuries.

It has now been reported by Turkish outlet Fotospor that Leeds, alongside Besiktas and others, are interested in signing Honorat this summer, who will be allowed to leave if Gladbach fail to qualify for Europe.
The attacker is capable of playing on both wings, and has provided 13 goal and assist contributions in 16 Bundesliga starts this season.

Honorat could strengthen Leeds’ attacking depth
The potential signing of Honorat could be a risk given his injury record, but he would add a lot of quality depth to Leeds’ attacking ranks.
Leeds do have quality on the wings in Willy Gnonto and Dan James, while they could also keep Manor Solomon following his loan move.
Honorat would add more experience to the position at 28, and can play on both sides. He has a good eye for goal, and depending on the price, could be a strong addition this summer.
However, if the price is too high, a move for Honorat should not be prioritised over a centre-forward or a new goalkeeper. Farke left Gladbach before Honorat joined, but he will be well aware of the Frenchman’s quality before pushing for a move for him.
