Crysencio Summerville stance revealed on Leeds United exit amid Liverpool and Chelsea transfer interest

Crysencio Summerville will not push for a Leeds United exit this summer even if the club are not promoted to the Premier League, according to TEAMtalk.

Writing on their website (15 May), the news outlet reports that Chelsea and Liverpool are seriously interested in the 22-year-old Dutch winger for the summer window.

But Summerville is “extremely happy” at Elland Road and will not push for a move away from the club even if the club fail in the playoffs, although if a club comes in with a big offer which the Whites accept then he could still leave.

Leeds United get a huge boost ahead of a busy summer window

The summer transfer window is going to be incredibly busy this year at Elland Road, but a lot of the business the team does will be dependent on which division they are playing in.

With a playoff clash at home to Norwich before a potential Wembley final, there is still some waiting to do to find out once and for all but it’s good to hear the club can start to make plans.

Summerville has been the club’s best player this season for the most part with a crazy amount of goals and assists, and if he were to leave then it would leave a huge hole in the squad.

But if he isn’t planning on moving on, and the club want to tie him down to a new long-term deal, then hopefully it will be an easy deal to get done and everyone can be happy with how it goes.

With Summerville in the team, Leeds are better. It’s as simple as that. So if he is happy to stay at the club then they must do all they can to ensure he is still there next season, regardless of the division.
