Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, Dr Brar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and a Sports Scientist, said about Stach: "He had minor setbacks last season but apart from that, he played regularly, which is a positive", he said.

"I see no issues with his medical and it should be a formality.

"He may need a gradual acclamation to a different league so his minutes may be monitored in his first few weeks."

The 26-year-old Hoffenheim midfielder, standing at 6’4”, is a ball-winning specialist, excelling in duels and possession recovery.

With Joe Rothwell’s departure and missed targets like Habib Diarra, Daniel Farke seeks a robust midfielder to complement Ethan Ampadu or Ao Tanaka, enhancing their set-piece threat and defensive stability.

Stach’s versatility, Bundesliga experience and progressive passing fit Leeds’ strategy of targeting tall, experienced players in their prime, like recent signings Jaka Bijol and Gabriel Gudmundsson, to ensure Premier League survival.
