Noah Okafor etches his name in Leeds United folklore in defeat vs Tottenham
Noah Okafor continues to deliver in a Leeds United shirt.
Okafor has been extremely impressive for Leeds since joining from AC Milan in the summer for £18million.
Okafor opened his Leeds account against Wolves in the Whites’ first away win of the season and has looked really impressive so far.
He found the back of the net for the second time in three games against Tottenham, with a close-range finish.

Noah Okafor makes Leeds history
Leeds fell to a 2-1 defeat against Tottenham on Saturday, but the forward continued to impress in a white shirt.
Okafor grabbed his second of the season, equalising for Leeds in the first half after going behind.
The Swiss international poked home on the rebound after Guglielmo Vicario parried away a Brenden Aaronson shot.
It was his first-ever goal at Elland Road, with Leeds fans hoping it is the first of many in West Yorkshire.
With that goal, Okafor scored the 800th goal for Leeds in Premier League history in a massive landmark for the club.
Lee Chapman grabbed Leeds’ first-ever Premier League goal back in August 1992, when his brace gave the Whites a 2-1 win against Wimbledon.
Daniel Farke has asked a lot of Okafor, as he knows exactly what the winger is capable of, and wants to see it more often.
Daniel Farke has special talent in Okafor
Okafor has been one of Leeds’ most exciting players since his arrival at Elland Road this summer.
His goal against Tottenham showcased his instincts in the opposition box, being in the right place at the right time to tap home.
- Okafor began his career at Basel in Switzerland
- He won a Serie A title on loan at Napoli in 2024-2025
- Okafor has won 24 caps for Switzerland, scoring twice.
Farke would love to see the 25-year-old kick on and go to the next level, as he certainly can do so.
Okafor’s technical ability and physicality on the left-hand side are a great asset for Leeds and one they should be looking for in every game.
