Leeds to take advantage of shocking Tottenham record that stretches back two years
Leeds are searching for their second home win in the Premier League season.
The Whites face Tottenham in Saturday’s early kick-off, with the chance to draw level with their opponents with a win.
Leeds are underdogs against Spurs, but will fancy their chances against a Spurs side fresh from a long trip to Norway in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Daniel Farke has never lost against Spurs boss Thomas Frank and will also be determined to keep Leeds’ unbeaten home record.
Leeds have been given a boost before the game, with news of a shocking statistic in relation to Spurs’ form.

Daniel Farke’s men to benefit from poor Tottenham stat
Leeds have made a really encouraging start to the Premier League season, but will face a stern test at home on Saturday lunchtime.
There is a route to victory for Farke’s troop, however, with Tottenham holding a dismal record going into international breaks.
The last time Spurs won on the eve of an international break was October 2023, which came against Luton Town, who have been relegated to League One since.
Their last game before the previous international break was a 1-0 loss at home to Bournemouth, who Leeds should have beaten last time out.
Leeds will take courage from this stat and a win over Tottenham would be a real statement this early in the season.
Leeds can cause Spurs issues at Elland Road
Tottenham are coming off a long journey to the Arctic Circle mid-week after registering a lacklustre 2-2 draw to Bodø/Glimt.
Leeds can take advantage of this, having not played since last Saturday, they should be fresh and raring to go.
Farke’s side needs to be physical and intense in their approach to the game and make their opponents uncomfortable at every turn.
Elland Road 2025-2026 record | Leeds |
Goals | 3 |
Clean Sheets | 2 |
Points | 5 |
Elland Road needs to be at its raucous best to get behind the players and deliver a big performance.
Expect the Whites to deliver a proper performance and hopefully secure another three points.
