Exit-linked star returns in two changes – Leeds predicted XI vs Sunderland
Daniel Farke could make two changes to his Leeds starting 11 when they travel to face Sunderland.
Leeds’ form has been superb as of late, and the Whites will be keen to end the year on a high when they travel to the Stadium of Light to face fellow Premier League newcomers Sunderland.
The Black Cats are one of only five English teams yet to lose a game at home this season, while Daniel Farke’s men have seen most of their struggles come on the road.
However, to change that fate this weekend, Farke could make two changes to the starting 11 that saw Leeds secure a 4-1 victory over Crystal Palace, including the return of one player who hasn’t started a game since the 3-2 defeat to Man City.

Farke to stick with Crystal Palace plan vs Sunderland
Ever since switching to a back five, Leeds have found a lot of success, and that is unlikely to be dismantled for the trip to Sunderland.
Joe Rodon has arguably been Leeds’ best player this season, and he will feature alongside Jaka Bijol and Pascal Struijk, protecting Lucas Perri.
Jayden Bogle and Gabriel Gudmundsson have been given a new license to roam in this system, and they toon are likely to retain their place in the starting 11.
The first of two changes comes in midfield with Ao Tanaka expected to come back into the starting 11 in place of Brenden Aaronson.

Alongside him are likely to be Ethan Ampadu and Anton Stach, both of whom played a key role in the Whites’ latest victory.
Willy Gnonto to be handed start vs Sunderland
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is in incredible form for Leeds, and he will be looking to make it six games in a row in which he has scored when the Black Cats host Farke’s side.
The former Everton star is staking a real claim for a spot in England’s squad when they compete at the World Cup next summer.

However, alongside him on this occasion could be Willy Gnonto, who has been linked with an exit from Leeds in the January transfer window.
Noah Okafor has struggled playing as part of a front two, and a change in attack could be key for Leeds to achieve victory against Regis Le Bris’ high-flying Sunderland.
