Jayden Bogle can be Leeds’ key as Sunderland weakness clear in new reveal
Jayden Bogle can help Leeds pick up all three points against Sunderland, with the fullback primed to exploit a weakness in the Black Cats’ setup.
In an attacking sense, the 25-year-old has been Leeds’ most influential defender, picking up four goal contributions over this campaign so far.
However, that number could certainly increase when the Mackems travel to Elland Road on Tuesday.
Leeds are hoping to secure survival sooner rather than later, and getting another three points will go a long way to doing that on 3 March.
Here is how Bogle could be Farke’s key to unlock the Sunderland defence.

How Jayden Bogle can exploit Sunderland’s shape
The Black Cats tend to be quite narrow down their left-hand side, with more focus turned to pushing down the right flank.
Due to this, Bogle could end up finding himself with plenty of space to run into, and Leeds could get a lot of joy by giving the ball to the 25-year-old.
As shown by the graphic by Sofascore, Sunderland’s left side tends to tuck into the middle of the pitch, whereas the right maintains its width.

If Farke can identify this part of Le Bris’ tactics, Leeds could find themselves with plenty of opportunities early in the game.
Of course, if the Whites do find that joy, the Sunderland manager is likely to switch things up, making that early delight a crucial opening of the game.

Why Bogle will be confident against Sunderland
Bogle has faced Sunderland on four occasions, and the defender has yet to see a defeat against the Black Cats.
His record against the Wearside club stands at two wins and two draws. Throughout those games, his sides have scored seven goals.
The Englishman is no stranger to the intensity the Mackems play with, and he has plenty of experience against them.
With Sunderland having that space for Bogle to run into, he could add to that tally himself.
Although he is unbeaten against the Stadium of Light club, he will now be looking to notch his first goal or assist against them. It is certainly the perfect opportunity for the defender.
