Brenden Aaronson finally axed as Daniel Farke makes major change – Leeds predicted XI vs Man City
Daniel Farke has to try something different to save his job at Leeds United.
Leeds United travel to face Man City on Saturday, with the hosts looking to exact revenge in the Premier League after their 2-0 defeat to Leverkusen mid-week.
Farke is on the brink of the sack at Elland Road, and a heavy defeat against Pep Guardiola’s side could put the final nail in the coffin for the German.
With that in mind, he needs to shift away from his normal tactical style, with two changes predicted when they travel to the Etihad.

Leeds United to play five at the back
Man City are clear favourites to beat Leeds, and if the Whites play the same way they have all season, it could easily be a cricket score.
However, a change to five at the back could prevent that, with Jaka Bijol coming back into the starting 11 to replace Anton Stach, who left their defeat to Fulham with a slight injury.
He would feature alongside Joe Rodon and Pascal Struijk at the heart of the defence, with Jayden Bogle and Gabriel Gudmundsson playing as the wing-backs.
Sean Longstaff has been solid for Leeds this season, and his ability at both ends of the pitch will be crucial, with the Englishman partnered by Ethan Ampadu in midfield.

Ampadu is one yellow card away from a suspension, but Farke is unlikely to drop his captain for such a big game.
Lukas Nmecha to lead the line for Leeds
Noah Okafor’s pace will be crucial to Leeds‘ chances of taking anything from this game, and it will be the same on the other flank.
Brenden Aaronson has been deployed as the right-winger this season, but once again, Dan James simply has to come back into the starting 11 if the Whites are to have any threat on the counter.
Leading the line is Lukas Nmecha, who could become the first player whose first four goals of a campaign have been the opening goal of a game since Dave Wetherall in 1994.
The German has three goals so far this season, having netted in Leeds’ previous two encounters.
