International ace claims ‘Brilliant’ Leeds star is best player he’s played with
Stuart Dallas has claimed that Leeds United team-mate Pablo Hernandez is the best player he’s played with.
Hernandez, 35, has played a key role in helping Leeds transform themselves into the serious Championship promotion contenders they are now.
Although Marcelo Bielsa’s role as manager has been the main factor, there is no denying that Hernandez is one of the best players that the Whites have signed outside of their time in the top-flight.
Since joining the Yorkshire giants, Hernandez has made 150 appearances in all competitions, scored 33 goals and supplied 36 assists.
He’s played for Valencia, Spain and Swansea during their spell in the Premier League and that is why Northern Ireland international Dallas has named the Spaniard as the best player he’s played alongside.
“I’ve played with a lot of good players,” Dallas told Leeds’ official website. “You look at Pablo now, he’s been there and done it all. He really is a brilliant player.
“With Northern Ireland you’ve had players at the top level like Jonny Evans and Steven Davis as well.”
Dallas has played with some good players at international level with Northern Ireland and Evans and Davis deserve to be mentioned by him.
But there’s no denying that Hernandez is the best he’s played with in club football.
Dallas had some good team-mates at Brentford like Andre Gray and James Tarkowski and has done since joining Leeds but Hernandez trumps them all.
In other Leeds United news, Patrick Bamford has hinted that a major commercial deal has been completed.
