View: Leeds must rip up ‘Unfeasible’ Valencia option for Helder Costa, he must be sold this summer
Leeds United and Helder Costa is an affair that never really got going since the moment he joined the club.
The Portuguese star struggled both in the Championship and the Premier League to make a name for himself under Marcelo Bielsa.
It was then agreed in the summer that the winger would join Valencia on loan, but El Desmarque are reporting complications regarding that turning into a permanent switch.

The Spanish outlet have reported on their website that the option to buy price appears far out of reach for Valencia.
It is reportedly negotiated that it would cost £16.75million to get a deal over the line, as Leeds appear to look to break even.
It is suggested that if negotiated, though, the La Liga club could get a deal over the line.
Currently described as “unfeasible”, it is down to Leeds to rip that agreement up and make sure a deal can be done.

Rip it up.
Andrea Radrizzani has to allow this one to be ripped up and negotiated at a much lower price in the upcoming summer.
It has been proved this season that a passing of the torch needs to happen, with many of our current squad needing to move on and be replaced.
Costa is one of those, and he has been away on loan, so he clearly isn’t valued as a reliable member of the squad.
Why not lower the asking price down to £10million? It is still a brilliant price for someone who isn’t involved whatsoever.
Getting the winger off the wage bill for good would be the perfect start to the summer, and open many doors for new arrivals in the final third.
