Pascal Struijk exit ‘could be sealed’ after latest Leeds transfer development
Daniel Farke may be focused on getting his Leeds United side promoted to the Premier League, but the summer transfer window is already on the back of his mind.
Plenty of business in and out of Elland Road this summer could depend on which league Leeds find themselves in next season.
Pascal Struijk is already receiving interest ahead of a move away from West Yorkshire at the end of the season and Farke may have started planning for his succession already.

Struijk replacement found for Leeds United
A recent dip in form for Leeds United means the pressure is on to up the standards.
A 1-1 draw with Luton Town on Saturday (5 April) has left the Whites sitting third in the table, with two points separating them from Burnley at the top of the league.
It was a poor day for Farke all around on Saturday as Struijk was seen limping off the pitch at Kenilworth Road after being taken off in the 86th minute of the game.
As the West Yorkshire side now prepare to take on Middlesbrough on Tuesday (8 April), Struijk is set to miss the next two games through injury.
However, it seems as though the boss may need to get used to life without his defender anyway, as he has been attracting interest from Feyenoord ahead of the transfer window.
With reports now emerging that Leeds are eyeing up a move for Montpellier defender Modibo Sagnan, it could mean a departure is on the cards.

Leeds can only let Struijk go with proper replacement
As Leeds look ahead to the transfer window, they are certainly going to need reinforcements on the left of the defence, with Max Wober also set for a move away.

However, it won’t be filling supporters with too much confidence if the supposed replacement for the 25-year-old is someone who is set to suffer relegation from Ligue 1 with Montpellier.
With Struijk’s contract up in 2027, it could well be a definitive summer in terms of his future with Farke’s side, but surely this should highlight why promotion is so important for Leeds.
The Belgium-born player has shown his importance throughout the season, and although Leeds may be resigned to losing him, a replacement has to be ample to fill in the gap if he is to depart.
