Luke Ayling to be bombed out of Leeds United by Daniel Farke as embarrassing footage emerges
Everyone in the Leeds United first team is trying to make a good impression right now.
Daniel Farke was finally appointed as the full-time successor to Sam Allardyce, who’s ill-fated four-game spell in charge yielded no victories and saw the Whites relegated from the Premier League.
Moreover, the takeover by 49ers Enterprises is close to being ratified and that is sure to lead to Farke being given the green light to go ahead and make some additions to his squad.

Which is why it was hardly great timing for Luke Ayling to put on a display of some truly woeful defending in Leeds’ first pre-season venture under Farke – not least for the fact it came against Leeds’ great rivals Manchester United.
Already trailing 1-0 to Noam Emeran’s 67th-minute opener, a simple ball from the right was played into Leeds’ area.
Full-back Ayling allowed Joe Hugill to easily get goal side of him and easily sweep into the goal to make it 2-0, which is how the game finished.
To make things worse Ayling, in the footage shown on Twitter by Centre Goals, meekly raised an arm in the air to claim for offside, weak calls that went unheard.
It may be early doors and it may be pre-season, Farke is still getting his feet under the desk in truth, but it was not a good look from a stalwart of the current Leeds squad.
Farke will surely be giving some serious thought to Ayling’s spot in the team, indeed his place at the club full stop, if he doesn’t buck his ideas up and quick.
