Leeds United transfer plans go out the window after Daniel Farke sack news
Daniel Farke’s position at Leeds will make it incredibly difficult for the Whites to recruit.
Leeds travel to face Man City on Saturday, and if they suffer defeat, as expected, it will leave them having won just one of their seven away games so far this season.
A heavy defeat could see the 49ers pull the trigger on Farke, though, if they haven’t already seen enough, it seems unlikely that stance will change after a defeat to one of Europe’s best.
However, if that were to be the case and Farke stays at Elland Road beyond 2025, it will have a severe impact on their ability to sign players.

Why would anyone want to join Leeds in January?
The fact that Farke held a press conference on Thursday suggests that his sacking is not imminent, and the 49ers will back him until it is no longer possible to do so.
However, if that continues into January, any transfer plans that they have can be thrown out the window, as they will not be an appealing outfit to join.
Not only will Leeds be heading for relegation, but they will be doing so with a fanbase full of frustration and a manager who is likely to leave at any time.
The Whites have some serious business to do in the winter if they are to have any hope of staying up, and the 49ers cannot afford to let anything get in the way of that.

As things stand, Farke is the obstacle to that, and anything less than a win on Saturday has to be the final nail in the coffin for the German.
Who has been linked with Leeds?
If there is one area of the pitch that Leeds need to recruit in, it is the forward areas.
Franculino has been linked with a move to Elland Road, having scored 19 goals in 28 appearances for FC Midtjylland so far this season.
Troy Parrott is another name that has been mentioned, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin likely to be replaced already.
However, signing a striker is unlikely to be the only business that Leeds try and do in January, with their survival hopes resting on it.
