Leeds United risk it all as worrying Premier League reveal emerges
Leeds United look in good standing to avoid relegation this season.
The Peacocks are currently six points above the drop zone, but they have a crucial clash against Nottingham Forest coming up on Friday.
Leeds and Nottingham Forest have quite a few injury concerns ahead of the game, which is sure to add to the tension, especially with the Whites as slight favourites.
Both sides are in the same predicament. A win would push them further to safety, while a loss could put them in a relegation dogfight with West Ham.
The recent transfer window was a great opportunity for teams to try and pull ahead, but the Elland Road outfit opted against doing so heavily.
With the winter transfer window now closed and Leeds signing just one first-team player, they may have left themselves short.

Leeds’ summer window is coming up trumps this season
It is safe to say that Leeds’ summer transfer window was far more prosperous than their winter business.
Facundo Buonanotte came as the only arrival, with Farke believing Buonanotte will give Leeds an added edge.
However, overall, it was an underwhelming window for the club.

The same cannot be said about the signings made before the season, with a new stat revealing just how important those players have been.
The Athletic has shared that no side has more goals scored by summer signings than Leeds United, with 22 in total.
Those goals make up 84.6 per cent of the Peacocks’ Premier League tally, which stands at 26 goals.
Sunderland sit next on 51.4 per cent, quite the drop-off from Leeds, and it highlights both the importance and reliance of their summer business.

Injuries could halt Leeds’ survival ambitions
There is one issue with Leeds standing still in January, and that is their over-reliance on the summer signings, which could come back to haunt them.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin‘s injury woes are well documented, and while his availability for Farke has been great, there is still a fearful sense he could pick up a knock at any time.
The Englishman has scored nine goals this campaign and has been a vital cog in the squad.
Signing Jorgen Strand Larsen would have certainly lessened the load and expectations on the 28-year-old, but now fans will have to hope he can maintain his fitness and form.
Injuries to other summer signings could also hurt them, as James Justin, Anton Stach, and Jaka Bikol have all been sidelined as of late.
If everyone remains fit, Leeds have a real chance of staying up, but if they don’t, it could quickly spiral downwards.
They truly have risked it all.
