Leeds United play absolute blinder with Burnley social media video
Leeds United played out one of the most uneventful games in recent Championship memory as they drew 0-0 with Burnley on Monday.
The Whites have blown away most opponents this season, with their return of 53 goals easily the most in the division.
However, Burnley’s defence is also on course to break records this season and they did well to restrict Leeds to one solitary attempt on target.
That shot from Dan James arrived in the dying embers and was the only effort of note across 90 bland minutes at Turf Moor on 27 January.
Indeed, the only other talking point of note was a rather weak penalty shout that was rejected, with no visiting players really complaining.

So spare a though for the social media team, who no doubt had targets to his in terms of their output both on the day of the game and the day that followed.
But rather than attempt to put together a serious highlights package, they decided to go down a different route – to hilarious effect.
In a video posted on TikTok [28 January], Leeds shared a five-second clip that consisted of Leeds kicking off, Ilan Meslier taking a goal kick and then the two managers shaking hands.
If anything is going to sum up the match, it’s this clip.
Some have shared their concerns for Leeds and Burnley going forward after the bore draw, but Daniel Farke will not be at all concerned.
Leeds sit top of the pile with 29 matches played, meaning their fate remains in their own hands as we enter February.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites’ shortcomings have been highlighted by what a Premier League manager said.
