Leeds United need to go back in for Jed Wallace after Gary Rowett’s comments
Leeds United are staring relegation in the face right now after their 2-1 defeat away at Arsenal saw them slip into the bottom three.
Jesse Marsch won’t have been best pleased with his attackers as they offered little threat to the Gunners’ defence although Luke Ayling’s brainless red card won’t have helped matters.
A lack of a proven striker has hindered the Whites for much of this season with Patrick Bamford unable to play more than one game every three months it feels like this season.

The 48-year-old American coach will need to look toward the transfer market and there is one name that should be very near the top of his shortlist.
Millwall’s Jed Wallace appears set to leave The Den this season having scored six goals all season with another 12 assists to his name in a campaign where the Lions narrowly missed out on the playoffs.
Leeds were linked with the Englishman back in January by The News and Gary Rowett’s comments after their final game of the season on Saturday indicate that he could have played his last game for the club.
“Good luck to him. I gave him a big hug in there – he’s been fabulous for me,” Rowett said, as quoted by London News.

“Whatever he does will be the right decision for him. He has got Premier League quality and, on a free transfer, there will be a hell of a lot of teams looking at him.
“The challenge for us, is they are not easy to replace. What you don’t want to do is be weaker after the season we’ve just had – you want to be stronger.”
If Leeds United does get relegated this season, then Wallace has to be priority number one with Raphinha likely to leave and if he does comes to Elland Road, we could be returning to the Premier League at the first time of asking.
In other Leeds United news, Ivan Toney has been taunting Leeds fans on social media.
