Leeds United fans won’t like what Paraag Marathe has already said about Daniel Farke sack
Daniel Farke has consistently been given the benefit of the doubt as Leeds United fight Premier League relegation.
Opta’s supercomputer predicts the return of Championship football at Elland Road next season after the Whites lost 3-1 to Nottingham Forest on 9 November at the City Ground.
49ers Enterprises seem to be in no rush to sack Farke despite the West Yorkshire outfit sitting a point above the relegation zone after 11 league matches.
While many supporters in LS11 may want to see a change in the dugout, it doesn’t seem like the Peacocks’ hierarchy will do anything drastic for the foreseeable future.

Paraag Marathe has belief in Daniel Farke at Leeds United
Paraag Marathe backed Farke in the summer as rumours about his eventual departure ahead of the Premier League season started ramping up.
The German manager’s record with Norwich City left many wondering whether he was the right person to lead survival hopes at Elland Road this season.
At Carrow Road, the 49-year-old head coach was initially given a full season in the 2019-20 campaign, but the Canaries were relegated from the English top flight after winning just five league games.
Norwich stuck by Farke, who won immediate promotion to the Premier League, but was subsequently sacked after winning just one of the opening 11 matches.

The German manager has been given an opportunity in the English top flight but has failed to show he can succeed.
However, Marathe seems to think otherwise, and after hiring Farke in 2023, said, “I don’t think he had a fair stack of cards when he was in the Premier League. We’re going to give him the deck of cards. I think he could be a very successful coach across Europe. This isn’t just: ‘Hey, get us through the Championship.'”
Daniel Farke has Paraag Marathe ultimatum at Elland Road
Marathe will surely acknowledge that results must improve under Farke, with the Whites set for relegation, going by current trends.
Leeds must’ve undoubtedly handed the German manager an ultimatum about where they need to be in the coming weeks in terms of their league position.

However, the former Norwich boss has a challenging task on his hands, with back-to-back games against Aston Villa, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool next.
The West Yorkshire outfit will be lucky to get any points after the international break during the festive period, and poor form could potentially see Farke receiving a P45 in his Christmas stockings.
