Leeds to go all out for Manor Solomon as Tottenham star ‘offered’ to clubs
Leeds United have now received a huge update in their bid to sign Manor Solomon on a permanent deal this summer.
The winger was exceptional during a loan stint at Elland Road last season, but Tottenham have held their cards close to their chest so far this summer in regards to his future.
Leeds have been linked with a move for Solomon for several weeks now, as they aim to strike a permanent deal for a player who developed such a strong connection with the fans during his brief stay.
A deal has felt out of reach for Daniel Farke’s side for much of the summer, but the Whites now have an ideal opportunity to push to secure his signature.

Now or never for Leeds as Manor Solomon offered to Roma
Speculation surrounding a possible Leeds return for Solomon has rumbled on all summer.
Spurs have been fairly passive and understated in their stance on the Israeli international’s future, but they now appear to have decided that he will not be part of their plans moving forward.
The North Londoners are understood to be open to business over the 26-year-old, with both a permanent and loan exit potentially on the cards.
They have now backed up that approach and have ‘offered’ Solomon to Roma, according to comments from Il Messaggero, relayed by Forza Roma.
The Italian giants are exploring possible alternatives for Jadon Sancho, and Spurs are believed to have presented both Solomon and Bryan Gil as potential solutions.
Tottenham’s decision sends out a message to Leeds that it really is now or never if they are to bring the foward back for another stint in West Yorkshire.
If the Whites are serious about the prospect of bringing back their former loan star, then they must strike as quickly as possible, before Tottenham continue to offer his services elsewhere.

Leeds need Manor Solomon irrespective of Noah Okafor deal
Leeds appear set to sign Noah Okafor from AC Milan, with the wideman already in the UK for his medical.
However, the impending deal to sign the Swiss international shouldn’t put the Whites off from making a late move for Solomon.
Stats (per 90) | Solomon | Gnonto | James |
Goals per 90 | 0.35 | 0.36 | 0.41 |
G+A per 90 | 0.76 | 0.52 | 0.72 |
Progressive Carries | 5 | 3.28 | 4.03 |
Successful Take-ons | 2.43 | 1.70 | 0.86 |
Shot Creating Actions | 5.10 | 4.27 | 3.28 |
Points per Game (with player on pitch) | 2.23 | 2.21 | 2.14 |
They are in desperate need of additional attacking options, and their former loanee would provide a sizeable upgrade on some of the wingers that are already in the squad.
Largie Ramazani looks set to struggle for gametime again, while Daniel James and Wilfried Gnonto have typically struggled to produce in the top flight.
Throw in the contempt that the fans hold towards Jack Harrison, and another fresh option would certainly be welcome for Farke.
Solomon already knows the manager and the club, and it should be a no-brainer for Leeds to move in and get a deal done while they still can.
