Larry Nance Jr officially ‘one of us’ with brilliant picture after Leeds win vs Wolves
Leeds United picked up a vital three points on the road against Wolves on Saturday.
Following Gabriel Gudmundsson’s bizarre own goal against Fulham, Leeds had another opportunity to pick up their first away points of the season, and this time, Daniel Farke’s men made no mistakes in doing so.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin was among those who impressed, with the striker further showcasing why he should be Farke’s first-choice number nine moving forward as the 28-year-old scored an incredible header.
However, while the majority of the headlines focus on Calvert-Lewin and Anton Stach, for his wonderful free kick, Leeds supporters may have missed Larry Nance Jr’s post on social media.

Larry Nance Jr’s latest Instagram post further proves Leeds commitment
Whilst the 49ers’ business in the summer transfer window was criticised, minority investor Nance Jr has remained a popular figure at Elland Road.
The NBA star does not appear to be one of those celebrity investors who are looking to make a quick profit before cashing out, as Nance Jr has fully integrated himself as a part of the Leeds United family since becoming involved with the club back in 2018.
Nance Jr, who currently plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, posted an Instagram story that will only further endear him to those in West Yorkshire as he was posing with a beer in hand while wearing his Leeds bucket hat, scarf and retro shirt following United’s win against Wolves.
At this stage, Nance Jr’s “#LUFC +3” posts on X are a trademark part of the celebrations following a Leeds win, and the basketballer has further proved he is simply just one of us.

Larry Nance Jr’s involvement in Leeds a welcome sight in modern football
Leeds supporters will be the first to tell you how damaging bad owners can be for a club.
Names such as Ken Bates and Massimo Cellino will send shivers down the spines of all fans, and that is why the 49ers have been such a breath of fresh air at Leeds.
The lacklustre transfer window is one of the first true criticisms that can be thrown their way since they took full ownership of the club back in 2023, but there is no doubting their commitment to the project in West Yorkshire, and Nance Jr epitomises this.
Nance Jr may only be a minority investor, but he has quickly turned into a cult hero at Leeds due to his down-to-earth nature and has even been spotted socialising with the locals in pubs previously during his matchday trips to LS11.
In modern-day football, the gap between the average supporter and their club seems to be ever-growing, which makes it even nicer to see Nance Jr buck this trend and integrate himself into English football’s culture.
