Jack Harrison in line to start for Leeds United vs West Ham after what happened previously
Jack Harrison isn’t exactly a fan favourite at Leeds United.
West Ham travel to face Leeds United on Friday night, looking for only their second win of the Premier League campaign.
It’s been a wretched start for the Irons, though; similar could be said for Leeds, who have only managed one more win themselves.
With Daniel Farke starting to feel the pressure, he simply has to make a change or two when the Whites return to action, but Harrison may retain his place in the lineup.

Leeds need to try something different vs West Ham
Let’s be honest, Harrison hasn’t impressed for Leeds this season, and he wasn’t exactly influential in their most recent defeat.
However, there is also a case to be made that he hasn’t been given a fair chance of doing so, given the fact that he has played just 196 minutes of football.
Over the international break, Harrison was doing extra training away from Leeds, in a bid to get himself back in contention to start regularly for the Whites, and Friday night’s clash with the Hammers could be the perfect time for that to continue.
It comes with reason, given the fact that the 28-year-old scored a hat-trick against West Ham when Leeds last achieved victory against them.
On the day, he was unstoppable, and while there may not have been any recent signs of him returning to that form, Farke will be well within his rights to hand him another chance.
Noah Okafor remains the only attacker to have impressed for Leeds this season, and there will be no harm in seeing what Harrison has to offer.
Brenden Aaronson simply can’t start vs West Ham
Whether fans want to see Harrison start or not is one thing, but the first port of call has to be to drop Brenden Aaronson.
The USMNT international is quite clearly not a winger, and yet Farke has insisted on playing him there in the absence of Dan James and Willy Gnonto.
Of course, the former returned to the bench for Leeds’ defeat to Burnley, but concerns have even been raised about his ability to contribute in the Premier League.
Farke has always been reluctant to make changes at Leeds, but Friday night’s encounter with West Ham is one occasion where he simply has to show some backbone.
